All of our “Coatings on Substrates” standards, “Bulk” standards, “RoHS” standards, “Jewellery” standards , “Composition Pellet Li2B407& standards and “Infinite/Base standards are also offered to users of portable or hand held XRF instruments. These lists provide standards specifically offered to hand held XRF users. Since the x-ray beams for such instruments tend to be larger, these standards are prepared with larger surface areas to accommodate easy calibration of portable XRF products. Note, we discourage the use of larger foil standards for hand held XRF instruments due to potential damage of the standard when contact is made with the instrument.
