RoHS

RoHS standards consist of metal or plastic matrices doped with trace level (usually 1000 ppm or less) of the RoHS element contaminants including but not limited to Cr, Br, Cd, Hg & Pb. These standards are used to calibrate table top and portable XRF spectrometers to measure metal contaminants to assure compliance with RoHS directives.
